Return and Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please review our return and refund policies. John’s 360° Coatings does not honor returns due to improper use.

Returns: John’s 360° Coatings will honor returns of unused products in new condition only. Unused products must be returned within 30 days of purchase at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds: If a product is damaged in transit, return within 30 days for a full refund or replacement including shipping costs. If a product is defective, email a photograph of the defect along with an explanation using the form below. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
