John’s 360° Coatings® Application Instructions
The Avenger
- Prep the surface of your vehicle. We recommend using a John’s 360° Coatings® Clay Mitt and soapy water to remove dirt and grime.
- Inspect the surface for any scratches, swirls, haze and blemishes. To ensure a perfect application with an extra slick feel use John’s 360° Coatings Correction Compound to remove any defects.
- Remove remaining wax, oil or grease. We recommend using John’s 360° Coatings Decon Spray.
- Before mixing, shake the Activator and the Sealant separately.
- Mix The Avenger using a 1:1 ratio of the Activator and Sealant. Shake well.
- Apply 8-10 drops of formula in a line down the center of the microfiber sponge applicator. This will cover 2-3 square feet.
- Immediately after applying the coating, use a clean microfiber cloth to polish it off. The coating may not feel slick when you first wipe it off, but this is because the product is still curing.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have coated your entire vehicle.
- Allow at least 3-4 hours for the product to cure, then polish the surface once more with a microfiber towel
- For an extra sleek finish, wait 24 hours after applying The Avenger, then apply a layer of John’s 360° Coatings Speed Coat Ceramic Spray Sealant.
